The meeting, accommodation, breakfasts, lunches and (most of the) dinners are in Hotel Noordsee.

The meeting fee
The meeting fee consists of the fixed registration fee of € 350,- and the room rate.
The room rate is variable and depends on the option you choose; you can book a room for single use or share a room/studio with one other person.
The registration fee will automatically be added to the roomrate after your choice of the room/studio (bottom of this page)

Payment
You can pay via ideal, bancontact or via banktransfer.

Registration terms and conditions

• After registration, your participation is confirmed and final.
• After March 15, 2024, the meeting fee is not refundable. Substitutions are always accepted.
• You will receive an email from us with further information about travel options to Holwerd, from where we will take the ferry to Ameland.
  
• The meeting fee covers your program participation, all the meals and coffee breaks, local sight-seeing tour, the transfer with a chartered ferry from main land (port Holwerd) to the island of Ameland (Nes) on April 19 at 3.00 PM and return on April 23 at 09.00 AM., bus transfer from train station Leeuwarden to harbor of Holwerd on April 19 at 2.00 PM and on April 23 at 10.10 AM, bus trips on the island.
• When you check-in at the hotel, you receive 12 coins for drinks during dinner for the 4 nights.
• All f&b outside the conference program in the hotel, the bar or outside the hotel are at your own expense. For drinks in the hotel, you can pay cash/payment card.
• When you decide to come to Ameland on different times as mentioned above, cost of transportation are at your own expense.

Insurance
It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference.
DOEN congressen en evenementen cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

Room/studio
We have made room reservations in Hotel Noordsee for the whole group. In below overview you find the several rates for the different rooms/studio’s. Please add your choice in de dropdown overview below, to book your room.
If you want to share a room, please fill in the name of that person in the appropriate field on the registration form. The person with whom you share a room with also makes her/his own registration via the website and fills in your name in the field.

If you are travelling alone and don’t have a roommate, please let us know if you would like to share a studio with another conference participant who’s also travelling alone. We can connect the two of you.

A. Room single use, one kingsize bed, € 640,- for 4 nights
B. Twinbed room, double use: 2 seperate beds, 10 cm  in between € 360,00 p.p. for 4 nights
C. Studio double use: kingsize/twinbed or bed in separate room. The Studio has a kitchenette. €440,00 p.p. for 4 nights
D. Studio double use: kingsize/twinbed with bunkbed in separate room. The Studio has a kitchenette. € 440,00 p.p. for 4 nights
E. Studio: bunkbed in separate bedroom in studio D. € 320,- p.p. for 4 nights
